Jane’s journey has taken her from the Philippines to Hawaii and eventually to North Carolina, where she and her family made their home in 2009. Over the years, North Carolina has become more than home—it’s a community she genuinely loves and is proud to serve.

A proud mom of seven—four daughters and three sons—Jane understands that “home” means something different to everyone. That perspective shapes the way she approaches her business: with patience, loyalty, compassion, honesty, and an understanding that behind every real estate decision is a person with a story, a goal, and a future.

A Career Built Around Serving People

Long before real estate, Jane built a diverse professional background centered around helping others. Her experience spans hospitality, administration, dentistry, healthcare, and education, including serving as a Certified Medical Assistant educator.

She also had the privilege of serving as a Family Readiness Advisor with CLB-2 at Camp Lejeune, supporting military families through deployments, reunions, and the unique challenges of military life.

Those experiences helped shape the professional she is today and reinforced a principle that remains at the heart of her real estate business: people deserve to feel heard, respected, informed, and supported—especially during times of change.

Jane entered the real estate industry in 2011 and became a North Carolina real estate broker in 2012. Since then, she has built her career around helping buyers, sellers, investors, military families, and relocating clients successfully navigate the real estate process.

Through Winchester Realty Group, Jane brings together market knowledge, strategic thinking, strong negotiation, thoughtful marketing, and genuine personal service.
